This study revisits the dynamic relationship existing between art and its environment. It explores the meaning of a place or a landscape in relation with visual art, using Venice and its Biennial as a background. Through a series of diptychs where places and pieces of artwork mirror to each other, a holistic and artistic experience is created, generating an aesthetically autonomous hybrid artwork.
